Terms of Service

By creating an account or subscribing to a plan you agree to these terms. If you are agreeing on behalf of a business, you confirm you have authority to bind that business.

We provide point-of-sale and management software for repair businesses, delivered over the internet. The features available depend on the plan you subscribe to; current plans and prices are published on our pricing page.

We may add, change or remove features over time. Where a change materially reduces the functionality of your plan, we will give reasonable notice.

You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for activity carried out under your account. Each person using the system should have their own account rather than sharing one.

Tell us promptly if you believe an account has been accessed without authorisation.

Subscriptions are billed in advance, monthly or annually depending on the plan you choose. Payment is processed by Stripe.

Prices are as shown on the pricing page at the time you subscribe. If we change prices, existing subscribers will be given notice before the change applies to them.

Monthly plans may be cancelled and will run to the end of the paid period. Annual plans are discounted in exchange for the commitment and run to the end of the annual term.

You agree not to use the service to break the law, to store or transmit malicious code, to attempt to gain unauthorised access to our systems or another customer's data, or to resell the service without our agreement.

We may suspend an account that is being used in a way that threatens the security or availability of the service for others.

The customer records, job history, inventory and other business data you put into the system remain yours. We process it to provide the service, in line with our privacy policy.

You can export your data. If you close your account, you are responsible for taking an export before the account is removed.

You are responsible for having a lawful basis to hold the personal data of your own customers, and for handling their rights requests.

The software, its design and its documentation remain our property. Your subscription grants you the right to use the service, not ownership of it.

We aim to keep the service available at all times, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. Planned maintenance will be scheduled to minimise disruption where possible.

Support is provided through the contact channels published on our website.

To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, including lost profits or lost business, arising from your use of the service.

Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, including for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud.

Our total liability in any twelve-month period is limited to the amount you paid us for the service in that period.

You may cancel your subscription at any time; it will run to the end of the period you have paid for.

We may suspend or terminate an account for a serious or repeated breach of these terms, or for non-payment, after giving you notice and a reasonable opportunity to resolve the issue where appropriate.

We may update these terms. The date at the top of the page shows when they last changed, and we will give notice of material changes before they take effect.

These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which The Quick Repairs is established, and disputes will be subject to the courts of that jurisdiction.
