What we make

One system for the whole shop

The Quick Repairs is point-of-sale and management software for repair businesses. It handles the repair ticket from the moment a device crosses the counter to the moment it is collected and paid for — the diagnosis, the quote, the parts consumed, the technician who did the work, the invoice and the warranty that follows.

We are a software company. We do not repair devices ourselves. Our customers are the shop owners and managers who do, across 15 trades ranging from laptop and tablet workshops to appliance engineers, HVAC contractors, console specialists and industrial equipment servicing.

Most repair businesses start on a spreadsheet or a pad of job sheets, and that works until it doesn't. Stock stops reconciling. Labour goes unbilled. Nobody can answer whether a repair is still under warranty. The point of this software is to remove that specific set of problems, not to add process for its own sake.

How we work

What we hold ourselves to

Four commitments you can check us against.

  • Repair is not retail

A repair arrives broken, waits on parts, needs approval partway through and only becomes a sale at the end. We build around that shape rather than bending a retail till to fit it.

  • Pricing stays public

Our plans are on the pricing page. You should not have to sit through a sales call to find out what software costs.

  • Your data belongs to you

Customer, job and stock records can be exported. We would rather earn the renewal than rely on it being difficult to leave.

  • We'll tell you when not to buy

If you run a handful of jobs a week with no parts stock, a spreadsheet is genuinely fine. Saying so costs us a sale and keeps the recommendation worth something.
