Can I still sell accessories and retail stock?
Yes. The POS handles ordinary retail sales alongside repairs, so cases, cables and refurbished devices go through the same till.
Why can't a normal POS handle repairs?
Because a repair is not a transaction at a point in time — it is a job with a lifecycle. Retail systems have no ticket, no status, no technician assignment and no link between a part fitted and the job it went into.
Do I need new hardware?
It runs in a browser on the computers and tablets you already have, so in most cases no.
What about my existing card terminal?
Card payments are recorded against the invoice regardless of which terminal takes them, so you are not forced to change provider to get started.
